2. Cars
The car plays a big roll in a rap song as it shows class and power, the
more powerful the car is the more power you have as a rapper. In my
video I will use 2 different types of cars to emphasize on a point, one
car will be a cheap everyday car to show the struggle and another a
bit higher class to show leaving the struggle. This idea of struggle can
be shown mainly by the different props used e.g. cars in rap songs
are mainly flashy so when I use a cheap car it show show the hard
life the rapper had before becoming famous. In rap songs people
expect expensive taste in cars and lifestyle, I will put a twist to this
style to show people it wasn’t always flashy.

3. money
Money is the key aspect of all rap videos, the more money you have
the higher you are as a rapper. Showing big bundles of money is
popular in rap music as it shows you can afford anything, a lot of
rappers throw money around in there music video like it means
nothing, this is trying to prove they have so much they don’t care. A
lot of rappers show there money in different ways either in assets
with expensive products or just bundles of cash its self in duffle bags
or just throwing it around like its paper. In my music video I will use
the same concept but give it a twist by showing my artist paying for
something cheap with coins to buying expensive products with large
amounts of cash. This will show the status of the artist and show how
much his life has changed by gaining money.

4. Outdoor activities
In the rap industry even the props used have to be flashy and
show some kind of expense in life. For my props I will be using
things like shisha which Arab princes smoke to show there status
in life, other props include shopping in expensive shops and
buying expensive clothes but mainly all rappers wear a expensive
chain around there neck as a sign of individuality and recognition.
Each rapper has there own signature chain with there name on it
or a simple or logo that represents them. I will also make my actor
wear a chain to show his expense in life.

5. Work related props
Work related props will be used to show my artists struggle
before he became famous. I will show my artist doing choirs such
as cleaning and taking out the bin, dirty cheap paid jobs that take
a lot of labor to earn a living. And then I will show the fast life and
how things have changed. This will make viewers feel sorry for
the artist and see how much effort he has put into his work to be
were he is and that things wasn’t always easy for him. I will show
my artist working in a restaurant kitchen as a cleaner as it is a
low paid job, this will be a good concept from being at the bottom,
so people will understand how hard it was for a rapper before
they got big and feel the lyrics more and also connect with
rappers as they know a little more about there inside life.
