9. Job Description
• Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform
detailed analysis of item performance.
• Need to analyze which kind of site can be created for certain events and negotiate on a
day to day basis with various vendors/ inventory owners
• Identify ‘heavy’ and ‘low turn’ inventory items and maintain communication reports for
sales team.
• Raising invoices to the vendors as per plans and coordinating with Accounts
Department on billing matters.
• Laisoning with account relationship team with regards to all matters concerning the
campaign at the pre, during and post stage.
• Meet, build and maintain relationships with Presidents of all RWA’s and the vendors for
ensuring Ethos to be the preferred media option for them
• Responsible for site and vendor generation and negotiating the terms of agreements
with various vendors
• Maintain good relations with the vendors and get the best media pan India basis
• Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
• Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)
• Perform visual validation of received inventories from various vendors
• Maintain track of the sites being utilized of various vendors and giving them a timely
update of the start and end of the campaign
10. Education & Experience
• The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or a post
Graduation (preferred MBA)
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
• demonstrated ability to organize vast amounts of data;
• demonstrate ability to multi-task several priorities and
possess solid time management skills
• Capable of working the entire MS Office suite, especially
Excel

12. Compensation Plan-
• The compensation plan will include a base
salary of 3.2 lacs (20 k in hand) plus
