 (SELECTION PERSPECTIVE)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• The candidate will be required to create new business opportunities
  from existing clients and generating business from targeted
  verticals.
• To independently generate new business, liaison with the creative
  team for pitches and presentations.
• Carry out effective tasks ad provide solutions to the client by
  proposing various service offerings.
• The candidate will be expected to liaise with the internal team and
  partners, and retain clients.
• Monitor campaigns and co-ordinate with the operations team for
  successful campaigning
• Coordinate with advertising agencies for various assignments
• Collect and manage collection of funds from clients.
Education & Experience
• The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or a
  post Graduation (preferred MBA)
• Possess strong verbal and written communication
  skills; demonstrated ability to organize vast
  amounts of data;
• demonstrate ability to multi-task several
  priorities and possess solid time management
  skills
• Capable of working the entire MS Office
  suite, especially Excel
Required Skill set
•    Has to be an excellent communication strategy developer
•    Enterprising in nature and willing to work across various mediums of
    communication,
•    Capable of generating meaningful leads through multiple processes.
•   Should be passionate about growing the business rapidly & across industry
    verticals.
•    A go-getter who is willing to work hard in a growing agency, and collaborate
    to further the company's vision.
•    Excellent client-facing skills, a communications style and work style that
    engage the client collaboratively and responsively.-
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to
    prioritize work in the context of performing multiple tasks and meeting
    deadlines.
•    Organized, result oriented individual, who can track market trends and
    developments, prospect for new clients.
•    Willing to travel

• Have an attitude and possess confidence to meet the
  Presidents of RWA’s
• Analytical & problem resolution skills
• Have good negotiation skills
• Is able to work in pressure and at any moment of the day
• Should be able to work for long hours and even on
  weekends
• should possess good report writing skills
• possess an eye for detail
Compensation Plan
The compensation plan will include a base salary
of 3.2 lacs per anumn

Location – Delhi/NCR
