Keeping up with Ning activity Look for the RSS feed button on every page Right click on feed button – copy link address Paste link address into your rss reader Can follow rss feeds on particular items, Just blog posts, just video, just discussion OR pick up the rss feed for Latest Activity & you can follow everything. More on how to use RSS feeds

3. Email Notifications Another way of keeping up - Check & adjust your settings as you need

4. Other Settings: Privacy – check these now we are a public site. Further privacy settings include the ability to moderate comments on different items.

5. Connections – Linking with other accounts

6. Sharing – beyond Ning Share links straight to your twitter, google + or facebook accounts. In addition share directly with friends through email.

7. Tagging Tagging content – blogs, video, pages, discussion allows us to find other content related to the tags we use & helps with the Search facility – please tag your items! Separate tag words with commas, or put multiple word tags into quotes. Add your tags into this separate box when you post your item.

8. Search Facility Searches all content on the site – this search returned 4 pages of links to a range of content around ePortfolios.

9. Quick Add Click on the plus sign under latest activity To enable full blogging options click More Options (eg tagging, sharing & moderation)
