ecotourism;
• create resource-efficient and environment-friendly transport system and
engineering infrastructure;
• ensure environmental education and awareness raising activities;
• reduce investment risks in the project.

7. Environmental Minimum Requirements
• conserve endangered and threatened flora and fauna species, wetlands;
• preserve existing arboretum, introduce landscape and site development
plan;
• create children’s theme park, sporting and recreation facilities, eco hotels,
eco centers etc;
• consider the needs of bicyclists, pedestrians, people with disabilities, and
others;
• retain and preserve existing topography;
• eliminate negative impacts for the environment during the construction
process and the life-cycle of the building.
