She is spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy (CP) child.
She has hypertonia, tense and muscle contractures are developed on
her left elbow and knee. Also flat foot is seen on ipsilateral contracture
side.
Wrist drop, fingers flexed and slightly ulnar deviation of left side.
Pigeon chest deformity is also been observed.
She can attain sitting from lying and wise versa.
Her neck control is good.
She has good responses.
The involuntary movements are observed in certain or specific
positions.
TX:
3. Stretching, mobilization and approximation of U/L & L/L each for
5mints.
Tilt table for 15mints with bilateral knee orthosis and chest orthosis.
Long sitting, tuck sitting, cross and frog sitting will be attaining on floor.

DX:
She is autistic child.
Contractures are developed on her left elbow and knee due to which
decrease ROM is found.
Bilaterally flat foot is seen.
Genu valgus is present due to left side knee contractures.
She couldnât attain crawling, kneeling, running but can attain standing
with support.
She can also attain sitting position with legs on side (side sitting).
No interest in playing with toys or peers group.
Mild kyphoscoliosis is developed.
She can attain sitting from lying and wise versa.
Her neck control is good.
She has poor responses.
4. She repeatedly uses her hands and put her hands in her mouth.
TX:
Stretching & mobilization of U/L & L/L each with 10 rep.
Unilateral knee and elbow orthosis for 10mints.
Long sitting, tuck sitting, cross and frog sitting will be attaining on floor.
Walking in parallel bar for 5 mints.
