Purpose
• The purpose of the Quisper is to enhance public health by
organising, developing and exploiting an independent and
scientifically sound digital information platform as a
supporting tool for creating personalised nutrition and
lifestyle advice services and to support research in the area
of health oriented dietary behaviour change and the role of
personalised nutrition advice.
Strategy
• The strategy is to become the first and remain the preferred
service offering scientifically validated information sources
for personalized nutrition development, either for use by
companies/organisations offering dietary and lifestyle
advice to citizens and/or for research purposes.

• Neutral validation of the scientific appropriateness of the
data and knowledge rules offered through Quisper
• Harmonisation of the data and knowledge rules originating
form different sources when accessed through Quisper
• A network of stakeholders for learning, collaboration,
development and promotion of the personalised nutrition
concept

While moving forward we are adjusting to new insights
• Decision on organisational structure
– Collaboration with NOM (North Development Agency) on
the preferable structure
– Advice on statutes (Dutch law)
– Find the right people
– Explore how to establish scientific advisory board
