8. Terms & Condition
Below are the Terms & Conditions for providing
Recruitment services :-
8.33% of annual salary for SE and SSE profiles
10% of annual salary for Team Lead profiles
12.5%of annual salary for Project Manager and above

1. The payment has to be sent within one month of the Joining Date
of candidate placed.
2. Our fees will be exclusive of the statutory services tax that will be
levied by us separately and payable by the client as per prevailing
laws.
• In case a successful candidate’s employment is terminated by himself/ herself on or
prior to completion of three months from the date of commencement of duty, we will
recommend a suitable candidate free of charge, only if service charges have been given.
No replacement will be given after completion of three months or in case he’s
Terminated by the Company.
