The document provides instructions and descriptions for filming techniques used to capture different shots for a video project. It details taping a camera to the face to get a first-person perspective of climbing a tree. It also describes filling a box with water and placing an underwater camera in it to capture a high-angle shot of walking toward the camera, which gave a realistic underwater effect. The last part discusses using authentic soundtrack music and sounds from a game to make the film's opening more realistic.
2. To get the first person shot for me climbign
the tree i decided to hold the camera
myself. Of course i couldn;t climb the tree
one handed and hold the camera, so instead
i sued duck tape to strap the camera to my
face, then i climbed the tree. This meant it
was almost exactly what i would see when i
was climbign the tree, as if it was through
my eyes.
3. To get the high angle shot looking up at me walkig
towards the lake. I used an underwater goggle camera
i have, thn filled a large box full of water in my garden,
placeed the camera undwater water, so there was a
tree in shot, then acted out walking towards the
camera. This ended up working really well becuase it
looked relasitic, and added with the sound fo the
underwater effect.
6. The soundtrack I used in my opening is used in the real game,
which I thought not only made the authenticity of the film more
realistic. But it also sounded great with the opening...
