As a Sr. Designer and Interactive Content Manager with over ten years of experience, I direct all phases of creative content and marketing initiatives for the Georgia Lottery’s interactive portal. This includes everything from design, campaign and content management to improving customer experiences, analyzing and refining customer acquisition methods, to supporting all phases of the customer’s lifecycle.
