We older ones are used up…we are weak and carry the burden of the past…But my magnificent youngsters – you are the future…you are the men and women of the 1000 year Reich! What material! With them I can make a new world.” – 1933. "The weak must be chiselled away. I want young men and women who can suffer pain. A young German must be as swift as a greyhound, as tough as leather, and as hard as Krupp's steel." – 1934.
