More structure than L1. Discusses setting up of the LON. Mentions the fact that the USA doesn’t get involved. Briefly highlights problems for the LON in 1920s Level 3 [5-9] Disagrees with the quote. Looks at the border disputes that were successful. Examines the role in fighting poverty, disease and injustice. Examines Locarno Treaties/Geneva Protocol. Level 4 [8-10] Balanced answer , probably siding on the disagreement argument.
