食物金字塔

   大家會聽說過埃及那個著名的“金字塔”吧。現在給大家介紹

一種與我們健康密切相關的食物金字塔,那是由中國預防醫學

科學院營養與食品衛生研究所提出的。



   食物金字塔由四層組成:第一層是穀類食物,如米飯、麵條、

饅頭、麵包等,我們每天吃得最多;第二層是蔬菜和水果,每

天要吃得多一些;第三層是肉、 奶、
              蛋、 家禽、 豆腐等,每天
                    魚、

應吃得適量;第四層是食油和食糖,我們每天吃得最少(圖

2-42 )。我們應該按照食物金字塔的比例來選擇食物,保証品

種多樣化,達到均衡膳食。

學習重點

1. 讓學生認識健康飲食和均衡飲食對身體健康的重要性。

2. 培養學生健康的飲食習慣。




節目簡介

透過陳永誠在家中沒有節制飲食,導致消化不良,影響學業、課外活動及

其他社交活動,本節目帶出良好的飲食習慣和均衡飲食的重要:

 不要吃過量的小食而影響進食正餐時的胃口;

 五穀類、蔬菜類和肉類應佔健康午餐飯盒的容量比例為 3:2:1;

 不節制飲食會導致身體不適和和各種疾病,例如糖尿病、高血壓等;及

 健康派對食品的選擇及享用健康食品的樂趣。



陳永誠的同學王嘉儀的媽媽為她在家中開生日派對。她們籌備時選擇了健

康的小食,並邀請同學們一起參與準備食物,領略大伙兒準備食物的箇中

樂趣,培養出學習分工合作的精神。其後,黃太及陳太討論其他開生日派
對的形式及其好處,令觀眾明白到在快餐店慶祝生日並非唯一選擇,而學

生的愉快經歷(例如慶祝生日)也不應跟不健康的食物掛愉。



使用建議
1.   播放節目前,教師可向學生作以下的提問:
     
         你以什麼方式慶祝生日 ? 在家中開生日派對有什麼好處?吃什麼派

         對食品?
     
         午飯時你會吃什麼? 你知道健康的午餐飯盒內 」
                              「飯「蔬菜」 「肉 」

     
         你知道飲食不均衡或沒有節制所帶來的後果嗎?
     

2. 播放節目後,教師可安排學生完成工作紙以鞏固學生的課堂學習。
