JOB PROFILE/DESIGNATION: Investor Relation Officer/Operations Officer for UTI Mutual Funds Banking Channels.
CURRENT CTC: 1.80 Lacs per annum.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Dealing directly with all UTI AMC (banking channels & investors) for the Mutual Funds transactions
(transactions pertaining to Purchase/Switch/Redemption/Additional Purchase/Sales of Mutual Funds units).
 Coordinating and managing the team, providing the high degree of service standard across the Banking
Channels and Back-Office Operations Department of UTI VPs, AVPs and RMs for mutual funds transactions
(redemption, switch, sales, purchase, and additional purchase) and solving their queries with help of K-BOLT
Software of Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd.
 Generating UTI Statement of Accounts and resolving Folio related queries of banking channels and investors.
 Sorting out short-comings related to insufficient/incomplete documentation, and helping the
clients/distributors to get it corrected/completed and scrutinizing of KYC applications.
 Dealing with banking channels of UTI AMC that includes (HDFC, ICICI, AXIS, DBS, YES, RATNAKAR, ING VYSA,
DB, HSBC, RBS, RELIGARE, KOTAK MAHINDRA, CLIENT ASSOCIATES, BAJAJ CAPITAL, PNB, STANDARD
CHARTED, BHARTIYA MAHILA BANK, SMC, ADITYA BIRLA MONEY MART, CITI, BNP PARIBAS, INDUSIND, RBL,
ICICI SECURITIES and IIFL PVT. WEALTH etc.).

escalations, preparation of consumable consumption report, dispatches received & hub details & on daily and
monthly basis.
