believe you’ll find them useful:
I recommend rehearsing your presentation at least three different times:
1. Rehearse your presentation at normal speed as though you were speaking
in front of an audience. Record yourself speaking so you can come back to
watch the video and analyze your performance.
2. Rehearse your presentation speaking at 3 times the normal speed. Rush
through your presentation super quickly...
3. Rehearse your presentation at half the speed you normally speak...slow
down your pace...
These three techniques will help you internalize your presentation.

2. 1. Go through your diagrams systematically. Refer to each part of the
diagram verbally or with a pointer.
2. Use animations to build each part of the diagram systematically
3. Make sure what you're saying and what's being shown on the slide is
congruent. If you need, insert a couple of slides so that the visual matches
the verbal
4. Practice your delivery - be conscious of your pauses, your pace and your
vocal variety. Emphasize and pause before certain words to add more impact
to them
5. On the last slide, make the diagram bigger and change the color of each
quadrant individually

specific by working through examples. See if you can work through an
example on each slide where you have a diagram. It will make your points
clearer and memorable.
7. Create a compelling conclusion. In your conclusion, highlight the THREE
main points from your presentation. Then, use the one-line that is the
keytakeaway message of your summary. Next, build their pain by focusing
on the consequences of not working together. Finally, end on a positive note
by highlighting the benefits of working together.
