2. Margins & Discounts Guide > Overview What can you do with Margins & Discounts? Add a percentage or fixed margin to an item or items on a quote or invoice. Add a single discount line to a quote or invoice.
3. Margins & Discounts Guide > Overview When could you use Margins & Discounts? For creating quotes and invoices based on a margin agreed with your customer. To add a discount to reflect a promotion. To add a discount to reflect a customer’s deposit or part-payment.
4. Margins & Discounts Guide >Adding % Margins Part 1 Create a quote or invoice as normal. Select “Add Margin %” in the tools menu then click “SAVE”.
5. Margins & Discounts Guide >Adding % Margins Part 2 Enter the required margins. Click “SAVE”.
6. Margins & Discounts Guide >Adding % Margins Part 3 Make any other changes as needed then click “CREATE QUOTE/INVOICE”.
7. Margins & Discounts Guide >Adding $ Margins Part 1 Create a quote or invoice as normal. Select “Add Margin $” in the tools menu then click “SAVE”.

10. Margins & Discounts Guide >Removing Margins Whilst editing a quote or invoice simply click “Remove Margins”.
11. Margins & Discounts Guide >Adding a Discount Part 1 Create a quote or invoice as normal. Select “Add Discount” in the tools menu.
12. Margins & Discounts Guide >Adding a Discount Part 2 Enter a description and the amount as either a percentage or fixed amount. Click “SAVE”.
13. Margins & Discounts Guide >Adding a Discount Part 3 Make any other changes as needed then click “CREATE QUOTE/INVOICE”.
14. Margins & Discounts Guide >Removing a Discount Whilst editing a quote or invoice simply click “Remove”.
