2. Invoice Templates Guide > Overview What can you do with Invoice Templates? Create templates that contain settings such as tax rates, payment terms and custom logos. Create templates containing items that you often or always include in an invoice.

3. Invoice Templates Guide > Overview When could you use Invoice Templates? Create templates for your main customers. Create templates with tax settings for different countries or states. Create templates for similar work you carry out frequently.

4. Invoice Templates Guide > Step 1 – Open Invoice Manager Click INVOICE Manager, then click Invoice Templates.

5. Invoice Templates Guide > Step2 – Create a New Template Click CREATE TEMPLATE

6. Invoice Templates Guide > Step3 – Name the Template Enter a Template Name and Display Order then click CONTINUE

7. Invoice Templates Guide > Step4 – Change Invoice Settings (if required) Click on “Show Invoices Settings”, make any changes then click UPDATE.

8. Invoice Templates Guide > Step5 – Enter Basic Invoice Details Enter details for the Invoice Template then click CONTINUE

9. Invoice Templates Guide > Step6 – Add items to the template Add Line Items and Fixed Cost Items then click CREATE TEMPLATE.

10. Invoice Templates Guide > Step7 – Using an Invoice Template Start a new Invoice as normal then click the “Create from Template” link.

11. Invoice Templates Guide > Step8– Choosing an Invoice Template Select the template from the drop-down list.

12. Invoice Templates Guide > Step10 – Make any changes as needed Carry on as you would for a normal invoice, making any required changes.
