Thomas W. "Tad" Dickson has been appointed to the board of directors
for Brixmor Property Group, one of the nation's largest wholly-owned, grocery-anchored community
center groups.
Dickson will bring experience in both the grocery business and real estate to help build Brixmor
Property Group's brand. He previously served as CEO of Harris Teeter until the company was sold to
The Kroger Co. in January 2014. Prior to serving as CEO, Dickson held various other positions within
the company.
The Bendetti Company has appointed Aaron Weaver as its chief financial
officer. In his new role, Weaver will assume responsibility for all financial and accounting activities
for the Southern California-based commercial real estate investment and management company.
Weaver previously held financial and accounting positions at CORE Realty Holdings and Hines
Interests. Before that he served in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
"Aaron's knowledge and leadership will greatly enhance the implementation of our strategic plan to
grow the company," says Robert Bendetti, president of The Bendetti Company. "We plan to use this
expertise to nurture and maintain important relationships with investors and capital providers."
Retail real estate advisory firm, The Shopping Center Group, recently

Akerman Expanding LA Office, Real Estate Practice Group

Akerman LLP appointed Sue Zabloudil as Los Angeles office managing
partner.
In her new role, Zabloudil will guide the firm's ongoing expansion in the region and strengthening
its relationships with civic and business leaders while continuing her national commercial real estate
practice representing clients in multi-state transactions.
Most recently the real estate practice group leader for Akerman's Los Angeles office, Zabloudil
assisted clients to advance their operations throughout the state and across the country with a focus
on a broad range of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, joint-venture
structuring and ground leasing across all asset classes.
Akerman has a growing practice of litigation and transactions in the Los Angeles area, with a focus
on the real estate and financial services sectors. The company has also hired transactional real
estate lawyers Jane Hinton as a partner in the real estate practice group and Herman Enayati as a
senior associate.

Marcus Millichap Taps Baskin as New Regional Manager

Marcus Millichap has promoted Brenton Baskin to regional manager of its
Philadelphia office.
Baskin had been serving as sales manager of the Philadelphia office since July 2014. He started his
career with Marcus Millichap in the firm's Newport Beach, CA office in 2008. Before that he served
as an associate at a boutique real estate firm in Orange County.
"Brenton's expertise and dedication has been instrumental in expanding the firm's market-making

Liberty Property Trust Appoints New City Manager of Illinois/Wisconsin Region

Neal Driscoll, a decade long employee at Liberty Property Trust, has been
promoted from vice president to city manager of the firm's Illinois/Wisconsin portfolio.
In this role, Driscoll will oversee development, leasing and property management of Liberty's
regional portfolio, which constitutes approximately 13 million square feet across more than 50
buildings.
Driscoll, a member of NAIOP and AIRE, is well-versed in the region, having focused on industrial and

Himmel + Meringoff Promotes Vacker to EVP

Himmel + Meringoff has promoted Jason Vacker to executive vice president. In his
new role, Vacker will be in charge of leasing the firm's entire 20-building portfolio.
Vacker, who has been with Meringoff Properties since 2008, most recently held the title of vice
president. In addition to overseeing development and implementation of the company's commercial
leasing program, Vacker is involved in due-diligence, underwriting, and financial modeling process
for new acquisitions.

president in the firm's San Antonio office.
Sellers previously handled commercial sales and leasing at Holliday Commercial Realty Interests.
There, he worked with a number of national retailers to provide a number of different services,
including helping Hibbett Sports roll out their build-to-suit program in Texas and the Midwest, and
representing Discount Tire Co. in their expansion efforts in Central and South Texas.
Sellers earned a bachelor's degree in communications and urban and regional planning from Texas

Casey to Head Walker Dunlop's Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Team

team.
A senior vice president who has been with the company for two years, Casey has been managing the
firm's balance sheet lending activities which now includes over $250 million of loans on multifamily

Prior to joining Walker Dunlop, Casey served as managing director and head of real estate debt
strategies for Metlife. In addition to real estate loan production for the institutional lender, Casey
