district. The foundation stone was laid shortly
thereafter. Steel maker Viraj Profiles has a 25yr
PPA for the entire 270 MW for captive use. KSK
has a coal supply agreement with the Gujarat
Mining Development Corp, which will supply coal
from a captive coal block in Chhattisgarh. The Rs
2,416cr plant began commissioning in Q1 2010.
