Portugal.Meeting, made by Austrian students

1. PORTUGAL
ERASMUS+

2. DAY 1 (SATURDAY)
At the 3th March 2018 the Austrian team was going to the airport in Linz.
When we were in Linz the plane from Linz to London Stansted was cancelled.
Our dads search an other airport where we can fly on the same day.
They went with us to Munich in Germany for 3 hours.
Our plane started at 19:30.
We flew 3 hours.
At ca. 22:30: Yeah! We are in Lisbon!
Then we went by taxi to the youth hotel and went to sleep.

3. DAY 2 (SUNDAY)
The next day we went in a cafe and went by an old train (tram28) around Lisbon.
On that day it was very rainy, we were wet.
The teachers allowed us that we can chill for 3 hours in the hostel.
Then we went in a restaurant, we were eating a chicken strudel.
After that we went to bed.

4. DAY 3 (MONDAY)
We woke up and than we had breakfast.
It was great to meet the other people.
After breakfast we had a guided tour in Lisbon.
It was really interesting.
We went to a cafe. We saw the beautiful sea , and listened to very much information
about Lisbon.
And than we were in a shopping centre, it was very modern.
In the afternoon we drove four hours with the bus to Manteigas.
We met our host parents.
They were so lovely and nice!

5. DAY 4 (TUESDAY)
On Tuesday we saw fish.
Very important, we saw how they excluded a fish and more.
We ate at school.
Than we went on a walking tour in Manteigas.
We ate dinner at the host families’.

6. DAY 5 (WEDNESDAY)
We were going to school with our host kids.
Then we planted a tree.
We ate lunch at school.
After that we played games.
The Austrian team won the game party!
We had dinner at the school of Manteigas. The dinner
was very tasty.
Then we went home.

7. DAY 6 (THURSDAY)
• On Thursday we visited Belmonte.
• There we went to three different museums.
• The first one was an olive museum, the second was a museum of discoveries and
the third about the Jewish.
• We also visited a castle.
• Then we went to a restaurant.
• After lunch we went back to school, and we were
• at school till the host students have finished their classes.

8. DAY 7 (FRIDAY)
• We were at the burel factory, after that we went to a dog farm.
• We had lunch at school.
• Than we went home when the host students finished their classes.
• At half past eight the Sarau began, the Sarau is a festival where the students of
Manteigas show their skills.
• At midnight we had to say goodbye to the Portuguese, Spanish, Belgian, Italian and
Hungarian students and teachers. Of course, we also said goodbye to our host
families.

9. DAY 8 (SATURDAY)
• On Saturday morning we went to the airport.
• At 06:00 o’clock am we flew from Lisbon to London Stansted. In London we didn‘t
know where to go. We were very late at the gate because we were a long time at
the security check.
• At 10:00 o‘clock am we flew to Linz. When we left the plane we went to the security
check, we took our suitcases and met our families.
• This was a very beautiful trip and we will never forget it.
