REVIEW OF THE PROGRESSIVE TENSES AND  THE PERFECT  TENSES
Expresses an activity that is in progress at the moment of speaking.   Form  = 1 person /   I   /   AM  + ING VERB 2 person / THEY, WE ,YOU  /  ARE  + ING VERB 3 person /  SHE,HE, IT  /  IS  + ING VERB Ant is lifting an apple. Dog is biting its tail
An action began in the past and maybe continues to the present . Form = SHE ,HE ,IT , I  /  WAS   WE,THEY,YOU /  WERE + ING VERB Vulture was eating  She was cooking
Expresses an action that will be in progress at a particular time in the future. Form =  WILL BE +  ING VERB The sun will be shining tomorrow   She will be enjoying the beach Take care with ing rules
THE PERFECT TENSES
Expresses   the idea that something happened or never happened . Form = HAS / HAVE + PAST PARTICIPLE  NOTE :  Has  ( she , he, it )  Have  ( I , you , we , they ) Bugs bunny has walked today . I have hung the cuckoo clock .
Expresses an action that was completed before another time in the past Form =   HAD + PAST  PARTICIPLE NOTE :  Had  ( 1-2-3 ) person Eagle had flown over the camp. My car had exploded in flames.
Expresses an activity that will be completed before another time in the future. Form  = WILL HAVE + PAST  PARTICIPLE NOTE :  Will have  ( 1-2-3 )  person Laura will have run to school at this time tomorrow. The unicorn will have flown the skies.
THE PERFECT PROGRESSIVE TENSES
Indicates the duration of an activity that began in the past and continues to  the present. Form = HAS / HAVE + BEEN + ING VERB NOTE :  Has  ( she , he,it )  Have  ( I , you , we , they ) The dog has been barking for two hours. They have been fighting since yesterday.
Emphasizes duration of an activity that was in progress before another  time in the past .  Form =  HAD + BEEN + ING VERB NOTE :  Had  ( 1-2-3 ) person Skeleton had been running long enough. She had been playing the organo five hours.
HOW TO MAKE NEGATIVE AND INTERROGATIVE SENTENCES

QUESTIONS AUX + PERSON + VERB ??? To identify a possible questions look into the parenthesis, and if you find a person in the ( ) that’s means that you have to create a question.
