Salesforce project:
Project: Self Online Dispatch
Description:
• This program is designed for client’s premier customers those who own / have more than
100 quantities of any product (Corporate customers).
• Under this program they are able to request any part that they are facing any issue with
by login in client’s website.
• The CRM application should be able to capture the request received from client’s website
/ Email, etc. and there would be processes to complete their requests.
Responsibilities:
• Interacted with various business user groups for gathering the requirements for Salesforce
implementation and documented the Business and Software Requirements.
• Managed security settings of the users.
• Created Tabs, Sharing Rules and Custom Objects as per the business needs.
• Defined lookup and master-detail relationships on the objects and created junction
objects to establish connectivity among objects.
• Employed Data Loader to read, extract, and load data from CSV files.
• Designed Profiles, Roles based on Organization role hierarchy and implemented Record-
Level and Field-Level security and configured their sharing settings.
• Worked on Case Management, captured cases from the company's website and
customer emails.

Acadamic Projects:
A Novel approach for Sentiment Analysis based on Fuzzy Ontology Tree:
• This project involves rating of products by using fuzzy ontology tree.
• Automated classification of sentiments have become an important research area that help
companies and organizations to find out reviews for their product's purchased.
• The result are in the form of opinions such as positive, negative ,neutral opinions on
products pointed out in the review and to find out whether the comments are positive or
negative.
• Many a times , now people express their positive and negative sentiments clearly in the
form of rating .which can be easily converted in to an opinion poll.
Front End : Asp.Net C#.
Back End : SQL Server2008.
Platform : Windows XP and Above.
