BLOGGING IS NETWORK MARKETING
When you’re blogging, when your are working with your team you are networking and that’s a
fact. How you communicate with your team is the beginning of your success as a network
marketer.
YOU GOTTA HAVE A PLAN! YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW IT TOO THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED
A good plan is everything. Plans to build a house, build a car, start a business, live your life. Any
successful man or woman had a plan to work towards their goals. But even before the plan you
have to be clear. What does that mean. For me I had to know what I would do but more
importantly what I wouldn’t do on my road to success. What kind of person I wanted to be.
Honest, caring/fair, and driven.
HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!
Honesty: Honesty will make you friends and gain you customers period!
IF YOU DON’T CARE YOU CAN’T BE FAIR!
Caring/Fairness: When dealing with people they can sense not only do you care about your out
come, you care about their out come. It is a win win situation for both sides. In Japan it is called

2. “Saving Face” You never want anyone you have dealings with to feel that it’s all about you and
you being “right” is your montra.
YOU GOTTA HAVE DRIVE!
Drive: If you are not willing to give it all you’ve got, forget it. It’s over before you even get
started. A person with drive will not be deterred by failure or the assumption of failure. Every
presumed failer is a chance to get it right no matter how log it takes. I read once that at that
very moment you decide to throw in the towel could the very moment every thing is going to
work out in you favor to succeed.
GET CLEAR:
“From your head to Paper” Y0u must see in your head what you want your out come to
be and you have to put the precise steps you will take to reach your goal on paper. It is true
(Seeing is believing). When you see something you want to accomplish on paper and you read
it every day it solidifies it in your heart. You will stay focused and every day you will take the
steps necessary to work hard and do what you have to do to reach your goals. Now we all
know that there are bumps in the road here and there. What do you do then? You go around
them, jump over them or crawl under them. What ever works for you as long as you don’t
break your code of Honesty, Fairness, Caring and Drive. What goes a round comes a round
sooner or later. And you want to know what comes back to you are good things.
THE CODE I LIVE BY:
These are the Codes I will live by with my Empower Team. Who ever lands on my team I will
actually call them and welcome them. I won’t just send you an email, Leave my phone number
and go on with my day. If you have qustions I will answer them. If you need help I will guide you
in the right direction. If you need encouragement to make the next step well that’s a given. I
want you be a success. It is necessary to know that you are an important part of a team. A
very important part.
I WILL SKYPE YOU, FACE TIME YOU, HANG OUT WITH YOU. WHAT EVER IT TAKES:
We have too many tools available to us to actually see our team eye ball to eye ball. We have
Skype, Face Time, and Webinars. I want to know who my team members are. I want to see
them, talk to them and let them see me. I realize that as my team grows I will have to make a
real effort to make this happen but I feel I’m up to the challenge. Nothing is worse than feeling
like you’re just another clog in the wheel.
IN CLOSING
I must say that when I see David Wood and David Sharpe at the “Hang Out” it means every
thing to me. I know they are real, I know they want what is best for all of us. And last but not
least they always leave us with the message that we can and will succeed. My kind of guys.
