3. Fathers...Fathers are wonderful people
Too little understood,
And we do not sing their praises
As often as we should...

5. For, somehow, Fatherseems to be
the man who pays the bills,
While Mother binds up little hurts and
nurses all our ills

7. And, Fatherstruggles daily
to live up to "his image”,
as protector and provider and
"hero of the scrimmage"

9. And perhaps that is the reason
We sometimes get the notion,
That Fathersare not subject
To the thing we call emotion

11. But, if you look insideDad’sheart
Where no one else can see,
You'll find he's sentimental
and as "soft" as he can be

13. But Fatheris so busy every day
In the gruelling race of life,
He leaves the sentimental stuff
to his partner and his wife

15. But Fathersare just wonderful
In a million different ways,
And they merit loving compliments
and accolades of praise

17. For the only reason Dad aspire
To fortune and success,
Is to make the family proud of him
and to bring them happiness

19. And like our Heavenly Father,
He is a guardian and a guide
Someone that we can count on
to be always on our side

21. Thanks Dadfor always being
On my side holding my hands.
Because of your guidance and prayers
I am here on the right side and
achieving the impossibles

23. To show your love,
do come forward
and take a Fathers Day card
for your Dad
from the Ushers, and
give him now
with a big hug and
honor him…
