20. Turning Prince Industries has over 32 CNC turning machines in use today. We use two types of turning centers: Swiss and Fixed Headstock. Most machines are equipped with bar feeders or robotic gantry loaders to for allow unattended operation. CNC Turning

26. Pilot Valve In this assembly room, we assemble and test over 46 different pilot valves. The room is temperature controlled to limit temperature related variations. The pilot valves are shipped world-wide for use on a variety of products. Controlled Assembly
32. Fabrication The CNC laser allows Prince to efficiently produce one to ten thousand piece parts without any tooling. It also enables us to cut unlimited part shapes as well as numerous material types. The automation also allows for unattended and unmanned operations. Laser Cutting
33. Fabrication Prince Fabrication also can use its CNC turret punch presses to produce flat blanks. These are used to produce medium to high volume sheet metal parts. They are equipped with auto-indexing stations to aid in the manufacture of complex shapes. CNC Punching
34. Fabrication We have 9 multi-axis CNC press brakes. They range from 35 ton 3’ bed up to 100 ton 10’ bed. With the CNC control and CNC backgauge, setup times are reduced to a minimum. CNC Press Brakes

39. Prince Shanghai It is located in Xinqiao Tn. Songjiang Dist. Shanghai. Prince Industries (Shanghai) was established in April of 2003. We moved to a new facility Spring 2008 and occupies 75,000 square feet
