An alumnus of XISS 1995 batch , he brings in over 15 years of
experience in HR and Recruitment function with global organizations like
Wipro Technologies, HCL Perot Systems & Aditya Birla Group.
Prior to Vati, he managed very large and niche recruitment needs for his
employers, designed recruitment solutions and led multi-location teams
to hire across India and the world over. In his current role as CEO, he
designs and executes value-added HR solutions for leading corporate
with his team of high-calibre professionals.
Amitabh has been guiding students, job seekers and professionals to
achieve their personal career goals right through his career. He is widely
covered for his thoughts on latest happening in Human Resources &

Sayan’s experience spans 16 years of experience in the field of

from JEC North Bengal University, he worked with Gujarat Ambuja,

management level.
In his last assignment he was Business Head for the Temporary Staffing
