Keolis North America carries nearly 50 million passengers via train and bus each year. They help
transportation authorities’ across the U.S. and Canada meet the needs of their communities, In order
to attract and retain right people they implemented full suite of HCM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration (PA):
Analyzed and configured Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure by defining personnel
area, personnel sub-area, employee group and employee sub-group.
Configured the feature NUMKR for defaulting number ranges.
Familiar with configuring the features LGMST, TARIF and ABKRS to default the basic pay
wage type, pay scale type and area, and payroll accounting area, respectively while creating
the basic pay info type.
Organizational Management (OM):
Configured Organizational Structure by creating organizational units, jobs, tasks and
positions. Familiar with assigning tasks to positions and integrating all of these into the
enterprises organizational plan
Maintain Profiles & Evaluation Paths. Familiar with maintaining Account Assignments and
inheritance as well as the reporting structure for positions to maintain the hierarchy.

services extend to children across the developing world. The company has grown, and so has their
need for HR systems that keep up with their growth. They needed a better way to monitor and
manage their resources to ensure they were being used effectively.
Responsibilities:
Personnel Structures:
Configured the PA module for personnel data of employees.
Defined Enterprise structure consisting of Company Code, Personnel Areas, and Personnel
sub-areas.
Defined Personnel Structure consisting of Employee Groups and Employee Sub-groups.
Defined organizational structure by configuring jobs, tasks and positions.
Integrated OM and PA by using PLOGI switch.
Maintained HR Master Data.
Configured the info type menu for personnel data of employees.

info types of OM using the expert mode

Created payroll areas using period parameter and date modifier. Generated payroll periods
for required time frame.

period was decided based on the client’s go live date.
Created process models for payroll to define the sequence in which processing steps are
performed during the payroll.
