vast range and models of product like Sprockets (Drive and Driven both), Chain case, Engine guard,

Accountabilities:
 To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the product/process/system through ensuring
cost of poor quality/customer return/streamlining of systems the complete
manufacturing/production operations with a view to time accomplishment of production
targets to meet the budget sales and marketing requirements.
 To improve the OEE (Productivity per person, in house quality rating and Machine availability)

 To plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as
to meet agreed organizational performance (Quality, Delivery cost service and development
level) plans within agreed timescales.
 Implementation of control as per PFD, PFMEA & CP and regular review to ensure consistency &
continual improvements in the process results.
 Handling all quality and delivery related issues with customer.
 Prepare monthly performance report of the department.
