This document shows foreclosure rates by county in Minnesota in 2011. The rates are shown as percentages of total residential parcels that went into foreclosure that year. Most counties had foreclosure rates between 0.26-1%, but some rural counties had lower rates under 0.25% and some urban/suburban counties had higher rates over 1%. The highest rates over 2% were in four counties.
