GUIDELINES OF TPCELL FOR PLACEMENTS AND INTERNSHIPS
Any company email received regarding placement / Internship / event referred
by TPCELL or received from external contacts must be forwarded immediately
to TPCELL email ids lakshmikalam@rishiengg.org, CC email to
admin@rishiengg.org for required permissions and student must follow below
guidelines.
1. Submission of parent permission letter
TO PRINCIPAL, TPCELL AND HOD PERMISSION IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND INTERVIEWS OUTSIDE AND
INSIDE RISHI MS BEFORE ONE DAY.
 Parent signed letter with student signature (mandatory) as per format shared by TPCELL
 Student residing in hostel must submit parent letter soft copy (pic of parent signed letter) must
take print and signed by student for submission
2. Interview Location& Venue
 Cross check the interview location before 6-8 hours
 Be 30 minutes early as per scheduled interview time
 Transport to the interview venue is student responsibility as interview timing will vary for each
student
 Seating resources and time taken at external venues can't be assumed and not in control of Rishi
MS. Here students must be patient and follow instructions of external companies with discipline.
Any deviation in understanding this will cause serious disciplinary actions from Rishi MS
management.
 In Rishi MS any seating related queries must be immediately informed to TPcell student
coordinators and respective class HOD.
 If parent is accompanying student then they must make themselves comfortable at one place
and wait for student as companies don't provide seating arrangement for parents

2. 3 . DOCUMENTS TO CARRY
 3 Resume ( Must contain the following )
Student Full name- mobile number- email I'd
Academic details latest to previous
Trainings taken till date list and related certificates
Internships done with company name,role and responsibility and duration
Awards and appreciations
 Xerox 2 copies - Academic Xerox 10th
12th
& degree till date.
 Xerox 2 copies - Internship completion certificate from Internshala if any (Technical or non technical
both must be taken)
 Training certificate Xerox if any
 Aadhar Xerox -2 copies
 Blue pen and small diary / white paper book
 Have all above in non transparent folder
 Check interview company website and understand their business and technologies
 Understand JD of company - read this carefully before any interview
4.DRESSING
 Formal dress (kurti & legging with high neck and avoid sleeve less , shirt with formal pants and half
shoes or full shoes allowed )
 Feet neatly cleaned, nail polish nicely done
 Very less heels shoes or sandals that don't make sound during walk
 Light make up - fresh look
 Light smile with positive attitude
 Small studs or hangings
 Hair tightly clipped
 No payal , heavy bangles, broad chains in neck
5.Mannerism
 Walk and sit confidently with shoulders straight, back straight posture, legs together while sitting.
 Have patience and wait for your turn. Remember it's a very important opportunity for students to
achieve job
 Have company email with your name handy always
 Answer all questions (to all) politely and positively
 Share offer letter ( if received) immediately to TPCELL email ID for verification and to proceed
further with next step
a) One on one guidance from TPCELL

3. b) Third party company verification approval by TPCELL
c) To proceed further with joining date
d) Any other permissions needed from college
6. Food
 Water bottle is must
 Must have snacks/ fruit bowl in bag + Tiffin box ( Have between 1-2 pm by taking HR permission)
as we don't know interview time taken or duration, it may take 6-12 hours for interview
completion and reaching home by yourselves.
 Next step will be conveyed in groups or individuals based on requirement
 Follow instructions of college TPCELL and student must be point of contact for all the
communications going further for placements/Internships/Event if its individual selection or
group of students selection, for group one student should be point of contact on behalf of group
 Keep your parents informed about your time that may take based on TPCELL guidelines above.
 Don't assume any worse case and keep working positively as team and take it as experience for
next interview process
 Any clarifications reach HEAD TPCELL on whatsapp and wait for instruction.
7.Post Interview
After completing interview process inform status to TPCELL to lakshmikalam@rishiengg.org, ccing
admin@rishiengg.org
