This scheme tells at least three things: There will be support for mobility of new entrepreneurs to existing entrepreneurs in another Member State. The stay should be between 1 and 6 months and can be done in a flexible way (min. 1 week within overall period of 1 year). The matching of new entrepreneurs and existing entrepreneurs should be done by intermediary organisations working closely together with the Support Office and the Commission There should be a mutual learning and exchange process between the new entrepreneurs and the existing entrepreneurs. Both should benefit from the activity new entrepreneurs benefit in particular in terms of knowledge, training and exchange of experience existing entrepreneurs/SME benefit in particular in terms of innovation transfer, partnership/networking and access to new markets Both benefit in terms of inter-cultural learning.
