1. Report on the third edition of Playtime New York
The 3 edition of Playtime New York was held from July 30 to August 1, 2011 at 82MERCER in Soho.

American and international brands, associated
with the universes of childhood, came together:
clothing, footwear, jewelry, accessories, child-
care and deco were represented.
15% increase in the number of visitors
compared to the July 2010 edition, a sharp
progression that bodes well for an ultra dynamic
1 fourth edition.
The atmosphere of this third edition was very
positive and visitors reported being mostly left
with the feeling of discovering a place where
business and pleasure are finally compati-
ble! Trend spaces, created in collaboration with
American and French artists, were very success-
ful in presenting pieces of the collections in a dif-
ferent way and gave the room a thrilling pace.

This season, the POP UP SHOP, entitled
Playtime Loves Japan which was open to the
public, generated $5,231 in cash and an additio-
nal $20,000 in merchandise donations to K.I.D.S
(Kids in Distressed Situations) Japan Earthquake
Relief. Following success in New York – and in
