NCCA Competitive Grants Program NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA) For the year 2008, the NCCA has created the theme of “Arts and Culture in Public Spaces” focused on Values Education (Good Governance and Good Citizenship) to provide direction to projects that will be supported by the Commission.
