Protein food is necessary for overall health including muscle maintenance,
fighting infections and so on. For FSGS patients, they usually are bothered by
the protein urine. But it does not mean that we need to take excessive protein
food for it can burden the kidneys and lead to more serious protein urine. At this
time, the high quality protein should be given to support the body tissues,
vegetables protein such as bean and bean products should be avoid and animal
