2 loops over the top of 5 & 4 to the right wing.
1 passes to 2 on the right wing.
1 should lead 2 so he does not have to stop his momentum to
catch the ball.

Right as 2 catches the ball he should drive right to the hoop.
As 2 is driving to the hoop, 5 should dive to the basket,
because his man will most likely be helping in the lane.
2 should have an open layup or should be able to hit 5 on the
dive.
2 also has 3 spotting up in the corner and 4 popping out to
ballside wing.

After 1 uses 5's screen, 5 rolls hard to the basket, 4 pops to
