learners. …..kemp and Dayton(1985)

4.  Classify printed media into three types:
 1. Learning aids: --- guide sheets, job aids , picture
series.
 2.Training Material: handouts, study guides,
instructor’s manuals.
 3.Information material: brochures newsletter

5.  Easy to use , generate produce modify and update
 Cheap especially if the media are black and white .
Color is more expensive.

6.  They may be too familiar and be ignored
because they look like high school material
 Difficult to teach emotion skills or convey
emotions and feelings through print media

7.  Words should be clear, concise, understandable and
short.
 Sentence formed should not be too clumsy and
crowded.
 Background colour and the colour used for printing the
letter should be contrast.
 The size should be 20-30 cm in length,10-20 cm in
breath.

8.  Both sides can be used to print the letter.
 The letter size of the heading should be slightly bigger
than the points that are included,

hard cover or binding. It may consist of a

26.  Handouts may be given out to the learners at one of the
following points of the times:
 Much in advance of the presentation
 Just before the star of the session.
 During the progress of the session, as necessary
 just after the completion of the session.
