It serves as the standard for assessing technology preparedness in Texas K-12 schools. The STaR chart is easily accessible.

4. What does it do? It produces a profile of your campus’ status toward reaching the goals of the Long Range Plan for Technology (LRPT) and No Child Left Behind.

All educators develop new learning environments and ensure integration of appropriate technology throughout curriculum and construction

8. Leadership, Administration, and Instructional Support All leaders develop, implement and budget for a dynamic technology plan and create innovative environments to maximize learning. All leaders provide opportunities staff development, use data effectively in decision making, and offer expanded curricular and instructional opportunities to students via technology.

9. Infrastructure for Technology This system provides access and assistance to support teaching and learning at all times. It measures all data to ensure its security and accuracy.
