Our leading insurance client was seeking ways to promote
career options in insurance sector to Thai university
students. Their employees strongly believe in their brand
role of being “Born to Protect”. The Thai office operates in
a very international and innovative environment.
Objective

The Campaign idea: Insurance career kick-off
We latched on the idea of soccer game that requires a
team to play to represent their company’s culture in our
creative theme.
Strategy
Our client has a very “team-focused” culture, where
everyone collaborates closely. Moreover, the company
celebrates diversity in the organization which leads to
innovative idea and better products that serve customers’
needs.
Execution
CareerVisa team organized a 1-day activity that
students can learn and experience the possibilities of
being part of the company. Students learned how our
client team works together and grows together,
understood what position is more suitable for them
through MBTI analysis, experienced working with the
company mentor coming up with future product, and
competed against peers from different universities to
win prizes.
