PERSONAL PROJECT PROCESS JOURNAL - REFLECTION1. WHAT DID YOU DO? (Give details on what you have done to create your product. Give reference to the steps outlined in your timeline. Explain any variations you may have made to your timeline).<br />Since my last reflection I have planned out the factors of my product. It shall be held both in the courtyard and on the track depending on the weather, and my product , the bake sales, shall be held during school events. The bake sales shall be stationary selling multiple goods, sold by self and the Bakery of Life Helpers. There shall be ordering and reserving allowed. All these factors shall contribute to my final product.<br />2. STRENGTHS (What is good about your project?) <br />What I think is going well with my project so far is that I am communicating with the Bakery of Life community well, and that the project is on the right track. Also I think what is good is that many of the teachers in the school know about Bakery of Life, and many of the teachers know how well the baked goods are. This can work to my advantages as when the teachers tell the students about the baked goods, it can increase the popularity.<br />3. WEAKNESSES (What problems have been encountered so far?) <br />Some problems I encountered were that my organization of the project isn’t good and that I need to increase the communication with my supervisor. This way I can update her on the progress of my project, the strengths, weaknesses and the improvements made. The bake sales have been held in front of the Eurest team, and I think that there is competition.4. IMPROVEMENTS: How did you attempt to fix these and how successful were you? <br />I shall try to fix the problem/s by setting away time to organize the project, and I shall set up a meeting with my supervisor, so to update her with news of the project. To solve the competition with the Eurest team, I think that if the weather permits, I shall move the bake sale outside to the track.<br />5. LEARNER PROFILE: (Explain the sort of a learner you have been so far -see learner profile) <br />With regards to the Learner Profile I have been a thinker because I have tried to organize and plan my project, with average success. <br />
