This document is a template for an experience certificate that can be produced by candidates to claim work experience. It includes fields for information such as the name and address of the issuing organization, the dates of employment, the nature of appointment (e.g. permanent, temporary), the post held and pay scale, duties performed in each post, place of posting, and level of work (e.g. supervisory, middle management, head of branch). The certificate is to be signed and stamped by a competent authority from the organization to verify the work experience claimed.
