RESPONSIBILITIES
FARM MANAGEMENT & LANDSCAPING
 Responsible for cultivation of tea in 200 ha of land
 Planing and doing timely agricultural field operation by following good agriclutral
practices.
 Labour Management- planning and giving routine work to workers in the field.
 Planning and conducting landscaping in Tea factory
STRAWBERRY, CARDAMOM, PEPPER CULTIVATION AND SALES:
 Incharge of 2 ha of strawberry, 10 ha cardamom & pepper cultivation.
 Planing and monitering of daily sales of Strawberry,cardamom and pepper.
