- Preparing project quality plan for the project, inspection testing plan, checklists and
method statements as per the requirement of ISO quality system management procedures
/BOQ/Technical specification and Codes requirements
- Conducting inspections on pile load testing vertical load testing and lateral load

- Interface with the design consultants for all civil and architectural works and seek
clearance for next stage.
- Conducting inspection on reinforcement/shuttering for the slab/columns/footings of
various structural elements and conveying rectification to respective engineers at site
prior to the completion of work

3. - Preparing weekly, monthly progress report of project activities and preparing new
formats as per the site requirements and taking approval from client.
- Check for calibration of all equipments as per project QA/QC plan
- Maintaining all quality records to ensure effective implementation of the approved
project QA/QC plan as well as the contract agreement (specifications) requirements.

- Carry out daily and regular site inspections as defined in method.
- Estimating quantities and preparing purchase orders for pipes, cement and reinforcement.
- Preparing fortnight report and submitting to consultant for approval.
- Responsible for maintaining of concrete testing register (testing of fresh and hard
concrete.).
- Handling CP30 batchingplant, daily molding, and concrete dispatch planning.
- We are sand the MIS reports, Standard Deviation reports ,Cost of Quality reports to
quality Department of with client office .
