EMPATHIZE AND DEFINE
EMPATHY MAP / DO
I think the point of education is three things:
- Create skillsets for workers
- Form citizens
- The ”hidden” curriculum - all the stuff that you
learn in school that is not in the curriculum.
I have a bachelor in theatre after 3 years in England
and a masters in theatre after 3 years in USA
I have also education in outdoor didactics and crafts
which all in all sums up to half of a teachers
education.
I am currently studying to be a teacher which will
give me a Swedish teachers license.
I need the education to get a proof of my
competence to educate as a teacher, work as
principal or to start a school.
I will also get some important skills but I already
know a lot.
The best output of the education would be that I
could be a researcher in role-playing didactics or to
start a school with it’s own didactics. That has been
my dream since I was 18.

EMPATHY MAP / DO
A smaller problem that could occur would be that I
need to work more the studies and cannot study full
time. Then I would be done in 3 instead of 1 year.
Bigger problem to start the school later could be
economical, political, administrative or practical.
But I think the main problem I have is to loose focus
and keep on going with my dream. I would love to
find more teachers to work with my dream with.
It is kinda hard to find people with the right skillsets
and motivations. There are some sites and forums
that do it but they are not doing it enough for me. I
could of course just search my network but that is
also very hard and time consuming.
So if I didn’t need to look for people I would have a
better focus on my goal.
Maybe a life coach could help me structure myself
better. I think I need to feel responsible towards
someone to get me to do things in time.

I can talk about my limits.
Getting others to join my dream would help me.

I am annoyed that I not always can stay focused.
It irritates me that I need to work very hard to get people to join my dream.

focus more on his studies
because several distractions are currently
slowing him from reaching his goal
