Leisue Time This is the time you have at your disposal and it is free for you to decide what you do with it.  It is therefore the time you are not at school or work, so it mainly consists of evenings and weekends.  The opportunities for leisure time has increase over the years. Why do you think that leisure time has increased?

As there is a trend for more leisure time, there becomes a necessity for providers to be available who can cater for those people who want to make active use of it.  Many local authorities and also private clubs who make up the leisure industry have grown in direct response to the increased need.  They have identified user groups and have targeted their provision specifically at them. Target Groups Mothers & Toddlers Unemployed people Shift Workers
