needs of the next generation workforce!

•  They do not know the existence of a world without the
Internet, texting, GPS, smartphones, and Facebook. But they
are often ‘tech dependent’ as opposed to ‘tech savvy.’!

expects to remain in a given job less than three years. They
watched their parents sacrifice for the company and get
burned too often.!
