5. “How To Start Writing A Book That Will Grab
Attention”
Author: Trevor Johnson
“How to start writing a book that will grab attention of the
readers? New writers face this dilemma when they set
out to write the first book using their creative talent. In
order to be successful these writers need to follow some
simple rules to make the whole writing process very
simple.
The first important rule is to have a clear idea about the
subject for which you want to write the book. Then it is
important to have a catchy title for the book. The title
needs to grab the reader’s attention otherwise; they will
not even look at the contents of the book.
6. The second rule talks about the content of the first
paragraph as this need to be in a well-structured manner
that draws the attention of the reader towards reading
the whole book. It acts like a hook that keeps the reader
glued on to the contents of the book. The first paragraph
needs to be written with a lot of thought and caution to
keep the readers interested in reading the remaining
portion of the book.
With the third rule, all is about structuring of paragraphs in
the book to link the content from the start to the end.
The paragraphs should not be lengthy as it might be
boring for the readers. The best approach is to keep the
content of the paragraph short and crisp for the readers
to enjoy.
7. The paragraphs should also follow a logical structuring
to represent the correct flow of the book. The use of
adverbs should be very less in the contents of the
book. The fourth rule talks about taking help from
subject experts who can provide consultation and
ideas regarding the subject of the book. This will
help in a positive idea sharing process. To give the
book the necessary professional look it is important
to take help from a publishing agency. They will use
their approach to give a very interesting and
professional look to the book, which will draw the
readers’ attention. This would make the whole
effort of writing a book a futile activity.”

12. STEALING!!!!
You are stealing someone else’s ideas and
passing them on as your own!
It is cheating!
Your are not only cheating yourself out of
learning how to form thoughts, but also
using someone else’s thoughts as your own.
It is LAZY!!!!!!
