[B]  진행형 현재 (Progressive Present) 현재의 순간에 동작이 계속되고 있는 것을 말함 . *be + Ving( 현재분사 ) He is going to school. (1) have, like, resemble, love, know, remember,  need, understand, possess, belong, be, live,  hate, respect, see, hear  은 진행형으로 할 수 없다 . I know him. (I am knowing him. (x)) I am looking at the monkey. (I am seeing … (x)) I am listening to the music. (I am hearing … (x))
(2) go, come, start, leave, arrive, reach  등 왕래발착  동사의 진행형이 미래부사와 결합하여 미래를 의 미한다 . I am going to Seoul tomorrow. =I will go to Seoul tomorrow. =I go to Seoul tomorrow. =I am to go to Seoul tomorrow. (3) be going to +Infinitive [ … 하려고 한다 ]: 가까운 미래 I am going to see him.
[C]  과거 (Past Tense):  과거의 동작 또는 상태를 표시 I went to the station yesterday. He bought a camera last year. * 과거의 습관을 말할 때  used to( 규칙습관 ), would( 특정기간의 반복된 행위 ) I used to come here last year. He would spend money foolishly when young.  [D]  과거진행 (Progressive Past):  과거 때 동작이 계속 was(were) + Ving He was studying English when I called on him.
