Hi, I’m Phillip
                I live in Perú
This is a compilation of bread pictures with
          some comments and ideas
Bread in Perú
     
 First I’d like to give you
         a quick glimpse of the
         «Bread situation» in my
         country
        Bread is sometimes
         considered the main
         course of a meal. You
         usualy say that you ate
         «Pan con _________»
         (Bread with, ham, jam,
         cheese, or whatever)
Bread in Perú
       There are a lot
               kinds of bread
               preparations as
               you can see.
              There are also a
               lot of bread made
               with potato and
               sweet potato flour
               which ends up
               being even more
               nutritious and
               tasty than regular
               flour.
Bread in Perú
     
          Because of the great
           variety of ingredients
           many kinds of
           peruvian breads are
           now going global.
           Last year the
           peruvian team ended
           up in the top places
           of the world bread
           competeion.
Bread in Perú
     
           «Pan Wawa» is one
            of the most common
            bread types that you
            can find near the
            mountain regions of
            south america. Peru
            has the World
            record for biggest
            Wawa pbread in the
            world.
Fun Fact
  
    The most common bread
     in Lima (Perú’s capital) is
     called «Pan Frances»,
     which means french bread.
Funny thing is that it has
     nothing to do with France.
     and «Pan Frances» doesn't
     exists in France.
Steve Jobs once said...
                 is just connecting
               Creativity
                           things. When you ask creative
                           people how they did something,
they feel a little guilty because
they didn't really do it, they just
                           saw something. It seemed
obvious to them after a while.
That's because they were able to
                           connect experiences they've had
                           and synthesize new things.

 **The next slides even though are not my ideas, gave
me some more ideas which I further expanded.

 Branded toasts

     Imagine the potentional
      for:
       McDonalds
       Wendy’s
       Kraft
       StarBucks
       Kellogs
       Any new franchise
          character that wants to
          be promoted

     Why limit it
      ourselves to toasts
     You can
      experiment with
      shapes and
      patterns
     Some ideas:
        Pyramid bread
        Spheric bread
        Building shaped
         bread

     This one got me
      thinking about the
      normal things that
      you eat in a breakfast
      and how children
      know what is good
      breakfast.
 Imagine a breakfast meal
  made with farm animal
  shapes which constitute a
 family

 Bread shaped as a bear
 Eggs shaped
 Bacon shaped like pigs
 Orange juice glass shaped
  liek a fox

 Children would know that a
  «complete» breakfast needs
  all members of a family.
  Happy
      toasts…
     Random idea
      :p
 This is self-
      explanatory

  What about:
        Iron shaped toasters
        Weight lifting
         toasters
        Telephone shaped
         toaster
        BBQ shaped toaster
        Coffin or graveyard
         themed toaster
        Jail themed toaster
         that leave striped
         bars on your toast
  I haven’t seen this in
      many places. But a
      bakery that only makes
      BreadSlippers could be a
      big hit.
     The spansih word for
      slippers is «pantuflas».
      Which could also be a
      word game «Pan-Tuflas»
          («Pan» means bread)

     Now this could be
      my new favorite
      lunchbox. Just
      replacing the rice
      in sushi rolls with
      bread.
 That green part
      actually looks like
      Ice cream and got
 me thinking
     Why not foucsing
      in bread as a
      dessert (sweet)
      rather than a salty
      companion
     Bread can be
      sweet and can go
      with chocolate,
      ice cream, fruit,
      jelly, M&Ms,
      Skittles…
Packing ideas
     
 Now imagine:

 Zombie bags with
  bread shaped like
  brains
 Toad (Super Mario
  character) bags with
  bread shaped like a
  mushroom head
 Alien bag, bread
  shaped like antenas






 In Mexico this would
  be a hit.
 You could also have
