PAVE Academy Charter School prepares Kindergarten – 8th grade scholars to thrive in competitive high schools and four-year colleges. Located in Red Hook, Brooklyn, an area where 87% of the population lacks a college degree, PAVE provides its students with a rigorous academic program and a community built on the school’s core values of Perseverance, Achievement, Vibrance and Excellent character. PAVE opened in August 2008 with 88 Kindergarten – 1st grade scholars. Now in the 6th year of operation, PAVE serves nearly 370 Kindergarten – 6th grade scholars and will eventually grow to serve 470 Kindergarten – 8th grade scholars.
