Flight Management Programme:
Flight Management programme (cargo, fight, Loreto and SCDN applications) is major Business and IT transformation
programme for British Airways, which has been rolled out on 2014 and running successfully in live.
Customer Management Programme: Customer Management Programme( customer check in, Boarding and reservations) is a
Major Business and IT transformation programme for British Airways client and planning to roll out the implementation in mid
of 2015.
Responsibilities:
Develop EBS services for customer and flight operations using eclipse and build the code using JENKINS.
Resolve high priority / severity incidents raised in production, cutover rehearsals & testing
Capacity planning, hardware procurement and environment build
Co-ordination with multiple teams for Environment Booking, Planning, Scheduling and Reclaim

SIP Applications.
